Retail Profit

Associates can purchase Isagenix products at discounted prices and resell them in person to their Retail Customers. The difference between the Associate’s cost of goods sold and the selling price constitutes the Associate’s retail profits. Note that Business Volume from any products ordered for retail sales is considered Qualifying Volume.

Retail Direct Profits

In Isagenix, “Retail Direct Profits” refer to the earnings an associate makes when they sell products directly to customers at the full retail price through the Isagenix website or personally. This profit is the difference between the retail price paid by the customer and the wholesale price paid by the associate.

Associates also have the opportunity to refer or direct Retail Direct Customers to purchase products directly from Isagenix through the Associate’s personal website. They earn Retail Direct Profits, calculated by subtracting the wholesale price and an administration fee. The Business Volume generated from Retail Direct sales is treated as Qualifying Volume, with any volume beyond 100 QV credited to the Minor Volume Sales Team, generating additional Team Business Volume.

Retail Profit

Retail Direct Profits Calculation:

Retail Price: The full price at which the product is sold to the customer.

Wholesale Price: The discounted price at which the associate purchases the product, typically at a 25% discount off the retail price.

Example Scenario:

Let’s break down the process with an example:

Retail Price: $100 (the price the customer pays)

Wholesale Price (25% discount): $75 (the cost for the associate)

Retail Profit = Retail Price – Wholesale Price

Retail Profit = $100 – $75 = $25

Monthly Earnings Example:

Assume the associate sells a certain number of products each month. Here’s how their monthly retail profits would be calculated:

Products Sold per Month: Let’s say 40 products

Retail Profit per Product: $25

Total Monthly Retail Profits = Retail Profit per Product x Number of Products Sold

Total Monthly Retail Profits = $25 x 40 = $1,000

Profit Margin Calculation:

To express the profit margin as a percentage of the retail price:

Profit Margin (%) = (Retail Profit / Retail Price) x 100

Using our example:

Profit Margin (%) = ($25 / $100) x 100 = 25%

Summary:

Retail Direct Profits: This is the profit earned when an associate sells products at full retail price directly to customers, calculated as the difference between the retail and wholesale prices.

Profit Margin: When selling at full retail price, the associate earns a profit margin of 25%.

20% Product Introduction Bonus

The Isagenix 20% Product Introduction Bonus (PIB) serves as an incentive for Isagenix Associates when they enroll new customers or associates with qualifying product orders. This bonus aims to recognize associates for introducing new individuals to Isagenix products and facilitating their initial purchases.

Associates receive a one-time 20% Product Introduction Bonus (PIB) when a new Personally Enrolled Member makes a qualifying purchase directly from Isagenix during the enrollment process. The 20% PIB is calculated based on the qualifying purchase amount and does not include any discounts, coupons, credits, taxes, or shipping fees applied to the initial order.

How the 20% Product Introduction Bonus Works:

Qualifying Orders:

To earn a PIB, an associate must enroll a new customer or associate who makes a qualifying initial product purchase. Typically, these qualifying orders are specific product packs or bundles that meet a minimum volume requirement.

Bonus Calculation:

The PIB is calculated as 20% of the Business Volume (BV) of the new customer’s or associate’s initial order. Business Volume is a point value assigned to each product or pack, which is used to calculate commissions and bonuses.

PIB

Example Scenario:

Let’s break down the process with an example:

Initial Order BV: Assume the new customer’s initial order has a BV of 200.

20% Product Introduction Bonus: The associate who enrolled the new customer will earn 20% of the BV.

PIB Calculation:

  • PIB = 20% of Initial Order BV
  • PIB = 20% of 200 BV
  • PIB = 0.20 x 200 = 40 BV

Since the BV typically translates into a dollar value at a 1:1 ratio, the associate would earn $40 as a Product Introduction Bonus for this enrollment.

Key Points:

Direct Incentive: The PIB provides immediate rewards for enrolling new customers and associates, encouraging growth and expansion of the associate’s network.

Qualifying Purchases: Only specific initial orders qualify for the PIB, often involving larger packs or bundles that provide comprehensive product experiences for new customers.

Additional Bonuses: Associates can also earn double PIBs if they enroll multiple new customers or associates with qualifying orders within the same commission week (typically Monday to Sunday).

Summary:

The 20% Product Introduction Bonus in Isagenix is a lucrative way for associates to earn additional income by bringing new customers and associates into the Isagenix community. By focusing on initial product orders that meet specific criteria, associates can earn a substantial bonus, which serves as an incentive to actively recruit and support new members. This bonus is just one component of the comprehensive Isagenix compensation plan, which includes various other incentives and commissions.

Team Bonuses (Cycles)

Team Bonuses form the cornerstone of the Compensation Plan. Paid-as Consultants and higher ranks can earn Team Bonuses through product sales in their Sales Team. When an Associate accumulates at least 900 in Group Volume (GV), with at least 300 GV from one side (Minor Volume Sales Team) and 600 GV from the other side (Major Volume Sales Team), they earn a Team Bonus, also known as a Cycle. Associates can earn multiple Cycles daily and up to 100 Cycles weekly. If an Associate maintains paid-as Executive status for an entire Commission Week, they can earn a maximum of 250 Cycles in that week.

Isagenix Team Bonuses, commonly known as “Cycles,” form a crucial aspect of the Isagenix compensation plan, aiming to recognize associates for their efforts in building and nurturing a thriving sales team. These bonuses are calculated based on the combined sales volume generated by an associate’s team.

Understanding Team Bonuses (Cycles)

Business Volume (BV):

Every Isagenix product has an assigned Business Volume (BV), which is used to calculate bonuses and commissions. BV accumulates from product sales made by the associate and their downline (the team of associates they have recruited).

Binary Compensation Structure:

Isagenix uses a binary compensation plan, meaning each associate builds two sales teams: a left team and a right team. BV is tracked separately for each team.

Cycle Calculation:

A cycle is earned when an associate’s team generates 600 BV on one leg and 300 BV on the other leg. It doesn’t matter which leg has the 600 BV and which has the 300 BV, as long as the total requirement is met.

Cycle Bonus Value:

Each cycle is worth $54.

"

Example Scenario:

Let’s break down how an associate earns cycle bonuses:

  • Left Team BV: 1,800 BV
  • Right Team BV: 900 BV

Cycle Calculation:

Each cycle requires 600 BV on one leg and 300 BV on the other.

The associate can cycle three times with the available BV (since 1,800 BV / 600 BV = 3 and 900 BV / 300 BV = 3).

Cycle Bonus:

  • Number of Cycles = 3
  • Cycle Bonus per Cycle = $54
  • Total Cycle Bonus = 3 x $54 = $162

Accumulating BV:

BV that is not used in a given week can often roll over to the next week, provided the associate maintains certain active status requirements (such as having a minimum amount of personal volume or an active subscription).

Rank and Earnings:

As associates advance in rank (Consultant, Manager, Director, Executive), their potential to earn cycle bonuses and other bonuses increases. Higher ranks may have additional bonuses and incentives, which can significantly boost total earnings.

Key Points:

Team Effort: Earnings from cycle bonuses are a result of team sales, highlighting the importance of building and supporting a successful downline.

Residual Income: Cycle bonuses can provide a form of residual income, as associates continue to earn as long as their team generates sales volume.

Volume Requirements: Associates need to balance their efforts to ensure both legs generate sufficient BV to maximize cycle bonuses.

Summary:

Isagenix Team Bonuses, or Cycles, provide a powerful incentive for associates to build and support a robust sales team. By earning $54 per cycle through the accumulation of 600 BV on one leg and 300 BV on the other, associates can achieve substantial earnings. This component of the compensation plan rewards teamwork, consistent sales efforts, and effective leadership within the associate’s downline.

Rank Advancement Bonuses

Isagenix Rank Advancement Bonuses are one-time financial rewards given to associates when they achieve specific ranks within the Isagenix compensation plan. These bonuses are designed to motivate associates to build their businesses and advance through the ranks by enrolling new members and generating sales volume.

Overview of Rank Advancement Bonuses

Qualification for Rank Advancement:

To qualify for a rank advancement, associates must meet certain criteria, which typically include achieving a specific amount of Business Volume (BV) from their team and personally enrolling a required number of active associates.

One-Time Bonuses:

Each time an associate advances to a new rank, they receive a one-time cash bonus. These bonuses increase in value as the associate reaches higher ranks.

Specific Rank Advancement Bonuses

While the exact bonus amounts and criteria can vary and are subject to changes by Isagenix, here is an example of how these bonuses might be structured for some of the key ranks:

Consultant:

To achieve Consultant rank, an associate must enroll two personally sponsored active associates (one on each leg).

Bonus: Typically, there’s no rank advancement bonus for Consultant, but achieving this rank is the first step in the business building process.

Manager:

To reach Manager, an associate must personally enroll and maintain at least two active associates who have reached the rank of Consultant.

Bonus: $250 (as an example)

Director:

To become a Director, an associate needs to develop a total of six personally enrolled Consultants.

Bonus: $750 (as an example)

Executive:

For the Executive rank, an associate must have a total of ten personally enrolled active associates who have reached the rank of Consultant, with five on each leg.

Bonus: $1,000 (as an example)

Higher Ranks:

As associates continue to advance to higher ranks (e.g., Crystal Executive, 1-Star Golden Circle, 2-Star Golden Circle, and beyond), they can earn additional and often larger bonuses.

Bonuses for Higher Ranks: These can range from several thousand dollars to tens of thousands of dollars depending on the rank and current compensation plan details.

Key Points:

Incentive for Growth: Rank Advancement Bonuses provide significant financial incentives for associates to actively build and grow their teams.

Recognition: Achieving higher ranks also comes with recognition within the Isagenix community, which can include public recognition at events, special awards, and other perks.

Compounding Rewards: These bonuses are in addition to the regular commissions, cycle bonuses, and other incentives available through the Isagenix compensation plan.

Summary:

Isagenix Rank Advancement Bonuses are an effective way to reward associates for their efforts in growing their businesses and advancing through the ranks. These bonuses provide immediate financial incentives and recognize the hard work required to build a successful network marketing business. By achieving higher ranks, associates not only earn these one-time bonuses but also unlock additional earning potential through other aspects of the Isagenix compensation plan.

Executive Matching Team Bonus

The Isagenix Executive Matching Team Bonus serves as an additional incentive crafted to recognize Executive-level associates for their guidance and support provided to the associates they personally enroll. This bonus forms an integral part of the broader Isagenix compensation plan, aiming to foster leadership and team expansion by offering a percentage of the cycle bonuses earned by their personally enrolled associates.

The Executive Matching Team Bonus amounts to 10% of the weekly Team Bonuses acquired by an active paid-as Executive’s Personally Enrolled paid-as Consultants and higher ranks. However, it is subject to a cap of 25 Cycles per Personally Enrolled paid-as Consultant and a maximum of 250 Matching Team Cycles per week.

How the Executive Matching Team Bonus Works

Eligibility:

To qualify for the Executive Matching Team Bonus, an associate must achieve and maintain the rank of Executive. This typically requires having 10 personally enrolled active associates who have reached the rank of Consultant, with five on each leg of the binary compensation structure.

Bonus Calculation:

Once an associate qualifies as an Executive, they are eligible to earn a matching bonus on the cycle bonuses earned by their personally enrolled associates.

The bonus is usually a percentage of the cycle bonuses that the personally enrolled associates earn. The exact percentage can vary, but a common figure is 10%.

Example Scenario:

Let’s break down an example to illustrate how the Executive Matching Team Bonus works:

Executive Qualification:

Assume you are an Executive and you have personally enrolled several associates.

Cycle Bonuses Earned by Enrollees:

Let’s say you have personally enrolled five associates, and each of them earns the following cycle bonuses in a month:

Associate A: 10 cycles

Associate B: 15 cycles

Associate C: 8 cycles

Associate D: 20 cycles

Associate E: 5 cycles

Total Cycles Earned by Enrollees:

Total cycles = 10 + 15 + 8 + 20 + 5 = 58 cycles

Cycle Bonus Value:

Each cycle is worth $54.

Total Cycle Bonus Value Earned by Enrollees:

Total cycle bonus value = 58 cycles x $54 = $3,132

Executive Matching Team Bonus Calculation:

If the matching bonus is 10%, you earn 10% of the total cycle bonus value earned by your personally enrolled associates.

Matching Bonus = 10% of $3,132 = $313.20

Key Points:

Encourages Leadership: The Executive Matching Team Bonus incentivizes executives to support and mentor their personally enrolled associates, helping them succeed and earn more cycle bonuses.

Team Growth: As your personally enrolled associates grow their own teams and generate more cycle bonuses, your matching bonus can increase, providing ongoing income.

Residual Income: This bonus provides a form of residual income based on the performance of your team, rewarding you for effective leadership and team development.

Summary:

The Isagenix Executive Matching Team Bonus is a valuable component of the Isagenix compensation plan that rewards executives for their leadership and mentorship efforts. By earning a percentage of the cycle bonuses generated by their personally enrolled associates, executives have a financial incentive to help their team members succeed. This not only fosters a supportive and collaborative environment but also enhances the potential for ongoing residual income as the team grows and achieves higher performance levels.

These two enrollees must be placed in the associate’s left and right sales teams (legs) in the binary compensation structure.

Cycle Bonuses:

Assume the Consultant’s team generates enough volume to complete three cycles in a month (each cycle requiring 600 BV on one leg and 300 BV on the other). Each cycle is worth $54, so the total cycle bonus would be 3 x $54 = $162.

International Markets

Associates in good standing have the opportunity to seek approval for participation in markets beyond their home region where Isagenix holds legal registration and is officially conducting business. To initiate this process, Associates simply need to complete and submit an International Sponsorship Application and Agreement, along with any applicable Annual Regional Associate Fee. This fee, in addition to the Associate application, encompasses supplementary services and training within the Associate Support System, along with a personalized website. As an International Sponsor, you gain eligibility to earn commissions in international regions.

Active paid-as Consultants and above who are approved can earn commissions on Group Volume (GV) generated by Associates on their Sales Teams residing outside of their home region. Isagenix establishes a Commissions Multiplier based on the source of volume from each country where the Associate conducts business. It is recalculated and updated quarterly, applying to any Associate with at least 10% or more of their volume originating from outside of their region.
